ATTENDANCE INFORMATION
We kindly ask all parents to make certain that the children are in school on time. If your child is absent we ask you to contact the school to explain the nature of the absence. If we have no explanation, then the absence will be regarded as unauthorised absence.
It is hoped each child will reach our target for attendance of 95%. If a child’s attendance falls below 85% the Education Welfare Officer will contact parents.
Following new guidelines issued by the Local Authority we will no longer be able to authoriseholiday absences during term time and any lost sessions will be recorded as ‘unauthorised absence
