Springboard is a catch-up programme for children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Mathematics. The materials focus on key areas of number. They provide additional tuition for small groups of children outside the daily mathematics lesson.
Targeted pupils have the potential to improve on their performance, given a well-planned programme and targeted teaching.
Springboard addresses the crucial mathematical knowledge and skills required for these children to reach age-related expectations in the subject.
